Why Axxiom Is Built Around Vitality, Not Fitness

Fitness is a piece of the puzzle. Vitality is the whole picture.

There are a lot of fitness options out there. Orangetheory, CrossFit, F45, Lifetime, Barry’s, yoga studios, personal trainers. They all work to some degree.

But most of them are built on trends. And trends change. Look at Orangetheory: all about cardio, and now they’re incorporating weight training. It’s nice they’re monitoring the research, but if you look closely at the market, how many of these are trend-based concepts? And if it’s a trend, how many of them are addressing the full picture? Not many.

Fitness Isn’t Vitality.

Everyone’s looked in the mirror or stepped on a scale and told themselves it’s time for a change. Others have been dedicated supporters of a system for quite some time and have plateaued, telling themselves they need to add more to their current routine.

You have an endless menu of things to choose from. And most of the time, you’re going to go to the trendy one or the one that’s screaming the loudest. The problem is, fitness isn’t vitality.

Vitality is energy. It’s being able to age well and with the energy to enjoy the life you’ve built. It’s boring, because it’s focused on mastery. It’s built on truth. And the truth is, aging poorly is a choice. A bad one.

We know the two metrics that matter most are strength and VO2 max. We know most fitness isn’t built around both of those combined. Some places hit part of the equation. Some even hit the full equation. But they’re not going to be able to maximize it, because the highest and best science requires technology to pull it out. Axxiom can do that because we have technology no one else has.

The Fitness Industry Has a Blind Spot

What’s the goal of these systems, and furthermore, why aren’t they putting you first? Orangetheory is cardio. CrossFit is competition. F45 is HIIT. Yoga is flexibility. They’re good at those things. But their goal is to fill a class. Your goal is to feel better. Those aren’t the same thing.

The blind spot is personalization. In a group class, everyone is doing the same workout. How can you ever truly hit your goals when the program isn’t built for you? And even with a personal trainer, it can be a guessing game. Without data, technology, and an advanced degree, you’re gambling with your vitality.

What Makes Axxiom Different

Axxiom is Colorado’s first vitality system built around the science of what humans need to thrive at any age: from elite high school athletes to grandma and grandpa.

This isn’t generic resistance training or a one-size-fits-all program. It’s vitality training and functional training built around you. And we do it privately. This isn’t a group class where you’re one of thirty. Axxiom is a private fitness studio in Greenwood Village where every session is about you.

The Technology Makes It Possible

Gyms are outdated. Axxiom is the future.

Kineo Intelligent Load System: Can you get strong lifting weights? You bet. But what the Kineo allows us to do is tap into your real strength, which is in the negative. The problem in a gym is you’re only concerned about what you can lift, not what you can put down. Kineo gives it to you both ways, and is superior to any weight program.

CVAC Adaptive Conditioning: It’s like running but you’re sitting in a chair. CVAC trains your body to capture and use more oxygen per breath. More oxygen per breath means better sleep, faster recovery, lower inflammation, and more energy. We have the only CVAC in Colorado.

InBody 970s: If you don’t have data, how do you know if what you’re doing and spending money on is working? The InBody 970s is how we set your baseline, track your progress, and prove the system works.

Vitality Is Measurable

Fitness is subjective. You feel tired or you don’t. There’s no real way to know if you’re improving beyond the mirror or a scale.

Vitality is measurable. We scan you. We track your numbers. We show you exactly where you stand and how you’re improving. When you walk into Axxiom, you know where you are. When you come back, you can see what changed.

That’s not fitness. That’s vitality.

Once Per Week

Most programs want you there 3, 4, 5 days a week. That doesn’t work for the busy executive, parents, the business owner, the athlete, or seniors who want to enjoy their life and not live in a fitness studio. Your time is valuable and needs to be spent on more important things.

That’s where we step in. Less than 70 minutes per week, able to increase your vitality. All you have to do is show up.
