Questions we get
What actually happens in a session?
You work one-on-one with your trainer the entire time. No gym floor, no waiting for equipment, no wondering what to do next.
Your first visit starts on the InBody 970, which measures lean muscle by limb, body water, and cellular health. That baseline is what your trainer builds your protocol from, and it’s what we measure against every month after.
Only once a week, really?
Yes, because of how the equipment loads you. Our technology emphasizes the eccentric, which is the lowering half of every rep. You’re naturally 20 to 60 percent stronger lowering a weight than lifting it, and a normal weight stack can never challenge that half of the movement. Ours can.
The result is more stimulus in less time. Muscle doesn’t grow during the session anyway; it grows in the days after, while you recover. What matters is the quality of the signal you send, not how many times a week you send it.
Do I have to be in shape to start?
No. We train people coming back from injuries, people who haven’t lifted in decades, and competitive athletes, often in the same morning.
The machine adjusts to whatever you can handle on that rep, that day. There’s no weight to be intimidated by and nothing to keep up with.
Is it safe?
Your trainer is with you for the entire session, watching your form and running the technology. That alone puts it ahead of training on your own.
The equipment adds a second layer. Instead of a fixed weight that doesn’t care whether you’re struggling, the resistance reads your effort and adjusts in real time. If you fatigue mid-rep, the load comes down with you. That’s a meaningfully different risk profile than free weights.
How is this different from a regular personal trainer?
Three things. The measurement is medical-grade rather than a scale and a tape. The equipment can load you in ways free weights physically cannot. And the protocol is built from your own data and updated monthly against it.
A good trainer anywhere can coach you well. Almost none of them can show you exactly what changed in your body over the last four weeks.
What if I want to train more than once a week?
Plenty of our clients do, and we build for it. Once a week is the floor, not a rule; it’s what it takes to make real progress here, which is what surprises most people.
If you’re already training elsewhere, we’ll build around that instead of competing with it.
What does it cost?
Your intro session is $75 and includes a full InBody 970 scan and a walkthrough of your results. Ongoing memberships start below what most Denver-area trainers charge for two sessions a week.

Start with your numbers.
One scan tells you more about where your body is headed than a year of guessing. Two minutes to book, and you’ll leave your first session knowing exactly where you stand.
