The strength machine
that adjusts to you 500 times a second.
A traditional weight stack fights you with the same fixed load the whole way through a rep. The Kineo doesn’t. It reads how hard you’re actually pushing and changes the resistance in real time: heavier where you’re strong, lighter the instant you struggle.
The result is more muscle stimulus with far less joint stress. It’s the core of how Axxiom builds real strength in one hour a week.
- Load adapts to your effort continuously
- It backs off the moment you fatigue
- Loads the lowering phase you’re strongest at
- Where free weights physically can’t reach
- Force, velocity and power tracked live
- Your trainer coaches off the numbers
See it move under load.
The Kineo is hard to describe and obvious the moment you feel it. Leave your details and we’ll show you on your Axxiom Assessment.

What makes Kineo different from a weight stack
Four things a pin-loaded machine or a barbell physically cannot do.
Resistance that reads you
The Kineo samples your force up to 500 times a second and adjusts the load through every millimeter of the movement, so you work at your true capacity at every joint angle, not just the weakest point in the range.
Overloads the lowering phase
You’re 20–60% stronger lowering a weight than lifting it. The Kineo can load that eccentric phase independently, the single biggest driver of strength and lean-muscle gain, and one a fixed weight can never target.
Backs off when you fatigue
At the first sign of struggle the load comes down with you, so a rep never traps you under a weight you can’t finish. That’s a fundamentally different injury profile from free weights.
Every rep is data
Force output, velocity and power are logged live. Your trainer knows exactly when to push and when to protect, and you can see, week over week, that you’re getting stronger.
Why once a week is enough on the Kineo
Because the quality of the stimulus is so high, your muscles (and your nervous system) need the full week to recover and adapt.
Muscle isn’t built during a workout. It’s built in the days after, while you recover from one. A pin-loaded machine can only challenge you at the weakest point of each rep, so most of the movement is wasted effort. The Kineo challenges the entire range and the eccentric phase on top of it, which means one precise session delivers the stimulus most people chase across three or four trips to a gym.
Pair that with a monthly InBody 970s scan and there’s no guessing whether it’s working. We measure the muscle you’re adding, limb by limb.
What a Kineo session actually looks like
Your trainer reads your data
Before you touch the machine, your trainer reviews last session’s numbers and your InBody trend, and sets today’s targets. Nothing is left to chance.
One hour, fully coached
The Kineo delivers the load while your trainer runs the technology and coaches every rep in real time. Private studio, no waiting, no gym floor.
Your output is logged
Every set is recorded, so your progress is a line on a chart, not a feeling. You leave knowing exactly what changed.
Questions about Kineo training
What exactly is the Kineo?
It’s a computerized strength-training machine that replaces a fixed weight stack with electronically controlled, adaptive resistance. Instead of lifting against a set number of pounds, you lift against a load that reads your effort and adjusts up to 500 times per second.
It’s used in elite sports performance and physical rehabilitation worldwide. Axxiom is one of very few private studios in Colorado that trains clients on one.
Do I need to be strong or experienced to use it?
No, this is one of its biggest advantages. Because the machine adapts to whatever you can handle on that rep, that day, there’s no fixed weight to be intimidated by. We train people coming back from injury, people who haven’t lifted in decades, and competitive athletes on the same equipment.
Is it safe?
The resistance reads your effort and reduces the moment you fatigue, so you’re never stuck under a load you can’t complete. Combined with an expert trainer coaching every rep one-on-one, it’s a meaningfully lower-risk way to train hard than free weights.
How is this different from a normal gym machine?
A normal machine gives you one fixed resistance and can only truly challenge the weakest point of your range. The Kineo varies the load through the entire movement, can overload the eccentric phase specifically, and records force and power on every rep. It does things a weight stack physically cannot.
Feel the difference on your first rep.
Your Axxiom Assessment puts you on the Kineo with a trainer and starts with a full InBody scan. One hour, one-on-one, $75.
